I need support. I downloaded Agama wallet for the first time. When I choose normal start I getting the following error message:

What is it about?

Further I want to transfer my Supernet and JL777Hodl tokens from Nxt to Komodo. I read the tutorial to do so. Will be the tokens directly tranferred after transaction is confirmed and will it be done manually be an admin?

How often are payouts made from swap btcd->kmd website?

There is only ever going to be one more payout on January 15th

Miss it and it's your loss, bearing in mind you would have had a full year to complete the swap.

I did one test payout request and now this transaction have "pending outgoing" status. Can I make more payment requests before 15.01.18?
the system isnt designed for repeat usage, so only one pending at a time
you need to contact @vanbreuk and undo the test payout and then do a single payout for the entire amount

I'm fairly new to crypto but I've heard a lot about Komodo and I'm impressed by what I'm finding.  Next buy to HODL will be KMD!

Komodo really is a long term crypto with a lot of benefits . Upcoming ICOs will put premium tag on Komodo token. Hodlers will definitely benefit from early adoption. Keep on collecting.

But there's no normal wallets.
Youre right in my oppinion the best thing the devs could and should do is to come up with a proper fully working and not bugging wallet. I think thats a big lack of Komodo compared to other cryptocurrencies which maybe a important reason for some people not to invest bigger yet!
You fail to recognize that Komodo is one of the only projects that has built their wallet from scratch. Bitcoin clone QT wallets are not compatible with zcash forks....otherwise our wallet would be as stable as any other QT wallet. Not even the zcash team has announced an official GUI for their daemon. I assume because they knew the issues they would face. In fact, it was thanks to radix42 that zcash users have swing wallets.

Im aware of that fact but all im saying is that someone who isnt very deep in cryptos might hesitate to invest in Komodo if the Wallet isn’t extremely easy to use.
It wasnt ment offensive against the devs or the project its just my explanation why komodo is underevaluated in my opinion.

I have to say that I agree. Though I personally think the wallet is OK, it still needs work. Specially loading time etc. It should be so easy that my grandparents could use it without any instructions if you'd want mass adoption.

That being said; komodo is still pretty young and the wallet is much more than just an interface to check your balance. This takes time to perfect and you can clearly see great progress with every new version

Yup just send 1 kmd or so to yourself and the interest will be claimed.
So just to clarify, if I had 100 KMD on an address for 6 months
I could send 1 KMD from that address, to that address, and I would claim 2.5% interest on 100 KMD
1 @ 365 days = 5% for 100 KMD

Is that correct?

I should look at this explanation about how to claim your interest from holding KMD coins on your address and you must wait for a while to see your interest to add your KMD  balance .

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How to Claim your Interest

Send your whole balance back to the same address. Works using the Agama Wallet or Swing Wallet.

Note! You get your 5%APR interest as long as you claim the interest once per year.

Warning! Any z-transaction will nullify the interest.

Advanced Information

The following information is for advanced users who would like to gain a more complete understanding about how the interest works and how to reset it with properly without sending the whole balance. Let us begin.

    Each UTXO accrues interest independently.
You may do a listunspent command to find out how many utxo you have.
Next, do that many small transactions one after the other before the previous ones get confirmed

The rules are simple:
1. must be over an hour old
2. must be for 10 or more KMD
3. must have nLockTime set

Accrues up to 5% of utxo amount at a rate of 5% per year

When you spend that utxo you are able to collect the accrued interest for that utxo.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope that you can understand the interest claim of KMD procedure.

Swing wallet works perfectly for me . It is very reliable and safe . Albeit the blockchain loading too slow, I  really recommend it . But I think few revisions on Agama will nail it in terms of UI/UX
How do you accumulate interest with swing ?

Komodo earns its interest through blockchain . It does not need a wallet to earn it as long as you have the private key or the Mnemonics passphrase. Both Agama and swing wallet reflect the interest earned by the balance of your KMD . You just need to manually claim it.

so simply send the KMD to myself at the exact same address?

I saw that Cheesy Agama is nice, and its cool that it is a from the ground up wallet. The swing wallets are important to have in the beginning but its nice seeing projects that develop out their entirely own unique wallet

What date does maonaize ICo start?

What other important dates for SuperNET/Komodo swap also?

XMAS season is coming, don't want to miss these 'events' during the silly season!

Monaize ICO countdown :
https://www.monaize.com/#/uk/ico

There are several SuperNET/Komodo important events coming soon like the Abu Dhabi event, BarterDEX release etc.  I am sure one of the team members will post shortly to give some more detail and dates.

It would be quite handy if Ledger Nano S would be possible to connect to Agama wallet and to "claim interest" from there also!

Also to get access to jumblr airdrop.

Airdrop was a few weeks ago... not sure how everything works if you had your coins on ledger.
I know the team is very busy searching for a developer to help with the interest "bug" on ledger. I'm sure they will fix it sooner than later
