The summary for KMD: I am using waves, it's faster (installation) has a better description and is mature!
KMD isn't working atm.

I hope KMD will fix it problems asap.

I don't believe there is a listing fee. If you scroll half way down the page (from the link below) there is an email link so you can ask if they are able to integrate your coin.
