I also run a NOMP pool like the hashfaster pool. I have seen this before, sometimes the coindaemon returns an error that is not formatted correctly, usually because the block is not accepted by the network. This shows in the redis database as an error, but I believe it is actually an orphaned block. Unfortunately it does not show up as one, but the coindaemon reports it as an unrecognized transaction. I think this has been taken care of in the latest version of NOMP.
