Yes, even IDEX has also added VNT, even though it is not an official exchange site but at least to add a list of trading sites to VNT, I see this project working well enough from their team to be very professional in developing the project

Yes, you have to vote on allbit Project 5 for participating in airdrop. The USD amount of APOT (native tokens of allbit) you spend on voting shall be airdropped back to you in form of VNT.

or what are the constants for VANTA tokens that will be received by vote?

The prize of apot in USD you sepnd at the time of voting shall be converted and equivalent amount of VNT in USD shall be airdropped to you. In nutshell, you dont have to incur any cost to support your favorite project. So vote freely, daily and with large amount.
