I think that firstly it could be possible to buy livestars coins just with a credit card. I know that a few cryptos like gamecredits can be bought with a credit card. About how to withdraw i prefer to wait a message from the team ^^ but i know there are solutions.

For models, this is a good income. And besides, they are attached to cryptography. And crypto-currencies penetrate more and more areas of the social environment. Thus, this project serves to popularize the crypto currency.

Educated models who are fluent about tokens and trading , otherwise it will be hard to trade tokens in etherdelta or exchange unless livestar provide some sort of services for easy fiat conversion

If a person buys LIVE regularly and never sells it, we can assume that's is a client.
A person sells it regularly without ever buying it, that's most likely a model.

It could be possible to detect trading patterns and deduce a personality type from them, but to connect the transactions to a name and home address is harder if not impossible, especially if the tokens are traded on a decentralized exchange.
Exactly. When i'm trading on an exchange right now, i dont know the name/adres of the person selling the tokens that i'm buying. I'm not concerned about this.

You do not sign up at a decentralized exchange, so they never get your name. A simple decentralized exchange is just an interface around a smart contract to interact with the blockchain. There is no central processor, only a decentralized processor called Ethereum.
