Well those times are hyperlinks to a countdown. If you click on it you will get a to the second countdown to launch

where is the LOVECOIN client?

After the IPO is closed, the total investment will be declared in the OP. And accordingly it will be declared how many LOVE does each investor get.

When the coin launches the next day and we release the client ,investors PM us with their addresses and we send the LOVE.
