What is the difference between Official Lisk Public Nodes and Trusted Community Provided Public Nodes?

Official Lisk Public Nodes, are nodes ran by lisk.io , they are secure and no one will steal your passphrases there.
Trusted Community Provided Public Nodes are nodes ran by Trusted Community members. In the beggining during the ddos attack this nodes were very helpful while the official nodes were down. On the other hand no one can guaranty you that the person who runs the node won't steal your passphrases. So it's better to use the official ones or your own via docker.
