What Proof do you have to make such a "liable" statement. Careful with your words or you might be in court yourself.
Actually, that's a warning he may need. UK law makes it much easier to sue for defamation and win than does US law. It seems to be the same for any Commonwealth country: it is the case in Canada.
People are really quick to use big defamatory terms "scammers". Such allegations require strong grounds. Technical difficulties and delayed withdrawals for a few hours isn't enough.

I made a withdraw from my LISK wallet to Poloniex this morning, about 8 hours ago. I saw my balance drop by 50, and it showed the transaction in my dashboard.
Then the wallet stopped working, and I never received my funds over at Polo.
I'm just hopping back on the PC now, and somehow the wallet works fine...but my balance is the same as before I made the earlier withdraw
I just tried doing the same thing as earlier.
How long does it take for one confirmation?! Now when I click the recipient (my Polo wallet) in the Latest Transaction list, it's showing nothing. What gives...
Then the wallet stopped working, and I never received my funds over at Polo.

Send at least 0.1 less than you have, or else you wont have enough to pay the fee and it will give you that message,

Just getting all the bugs and typos fixed would be an accomplishment in itself by the team. There are plenty or errors to correct in the coding.
