I've only tried those 3. I wasn't sure if the rest of the list was valid, since the Lisk Team didn't tweet it. Guess it was unofficial, like the rest of the nodes thrown up here in the thread.

in terminal paste "docker run -d --restart=always -p 0.0.0.0:8000:8000 lisk/mainnet" hit enter. then open browser and write 192.168.99.100:8000 and enter.

AFAIK your app will keep running unless ALL delegates are offline. If 1 delegate can't forge a block, the next one will do it.
