Our goal is to help Lisk grow, we plan to do this by expanding it's userbase (letting more people know about Lisk). We are also fully commited in supporting the Foundation with resources which will support future projects.
Elite Group will share 25% of our forged Lisk to voters who support all delegate members of this group, 5% will be sent to Lisk Fundation. There will be more rewards when we have more members who are active delegates.

So, it seems you're creating a cartel in order to make the forging centralized, and you want to control 50% of the top delegate slots.
You obviously won't admit you want to have the top 50 members, but I'm pretty sure you would be more than happy.
Well, it's a sign that DPoS should be changed/replaced immediatelly - otherwise Lisk is probably doomed.
The more often you use passphrase, the more vulnerable you are to stealing lisks.
Please change these rules or we should not vote for elite.
