So why won't Lisk create its own DAO? That thing raised $65 million.
This is being planned as of a month ago... "Hero Foundation", and others in the works.

FWIW, I looked at the Crypti thread and saw that the entire thing has only 618 pages: it was started on June 16, 2014.
Contrariwise, the Lisk thread has 788 pages as I write this and it was started on January 30th of this year. It's also well above Cryti in terms of thread views.

So why won't Lisk create its own DAO? That thing raised $65 million.
The DAO has raised 7.79 million ETH
7.79 million ETH is not the same as having 81 million USD
If accepted proposals want to pay expenses, then they will have to dump the USD price of ETH down on exchanges in order to get fiat
The higher the DAO goes the stronger the potential energy from the dump to cash out for development funds.
ETH crash is going to be epic imo
that is true. like i always said this eth $800million market crap only have about 2 to $3million dollars cash in hand and it belong to whale manipulators. this mean today is worth $800million tomorrow can be worth $8millions in an instant. all this buy walls are fake with instant removing and adding. this vaporware crap is already dead long ago if we taking out the manipulators, none of the dapp is working, none of the dao is working, wallet look like is done by a 5th grade student, all these go with bloatchain.
ok, but it has new features to bring new people to cryptocoins. it creates tech news etc. every coin pump and dump because distribution need some time and top coins have shown this.

People should relax, it can damage their business plan comparing one project with another...
I do believe in lisk, but I prefer to not compare too much it with eth price, just like I won't say make a lisk DAO because slock.it DAO made 65mln $
i hope ppl are aware that those 65mil$ of ETH are just estimate based on current market value of ETH, this is not the same as owning 65mil$ of BTC that have far bigger market support than ETH. Those ETH now worth 65mil$ can easily turn being a 6.5mil$ or even 650k$ worth for that matter. just my two cents. I do believe in lisk, but I prefer to not compare too much it with eth price, just like I won't say make a lisk DAO because slock.it DAO made 65mln $

Any sense when some bonuses or bounties might be added? I know many will be added after launch. But I seem to remember that some (at least one) was going to be added before launch. Would be curious to get an update on that.

There will not be a wallet for Windows ready by launch.

We could, but first we would have to test the waters and launch the platform. We would have to create a stable community for a Lisk DAO-like organization to be successful.
