This was a PERFECT window, perfect hype, buzz, and money waiting. Now it's slowly passing. 3 weeks is a lifetime in this business. I do not think we can trust Lisk devs to release it timely.

The best bet is someone organizes a new exchange that we can sell IOUs. Then the real market will be born without waiting for all these 'delays'

I still haven't done all of the research. Thanks for the info. I only started becoming interested in this coin last night. I guess I still have plenty of time to read up.

if you want to be really smart, you might want to wait at least a week after launch on an exchange unless you want you chase the price. Keep low buy orders and pray for a dump.

Not strange at all. There's no arb between exchange with the IOUs, so price manipulation on shallow order books is straight forward.
