Wise choice Imo. It is better to have everything stable and have little people complaining about missing their keys than to launch a few weeks earlier. It also psyches more people that missed the ico, so I don't think it will be bad for price either.

Are you also, besides rethinking the fees rethinking the harvesting rewards? It is just too much that goes to too little people for no real reason. With a lower reward people will still run good quality delegate nodes as long as it is profitable.

Totally agree, however reminder email should be sent to all who have not claimed or validated asap.
