It is my suspicion that a group of whales recently ended a troll campaign after driving the price into the dirt by simply flooding the thread with total nonsense then beginning to buy at .00008. There's simply too many (hundreds) newb accounts and untrusted accounts that chirped during the 6 week shitstorm.
With that said, they are brilliant, yet evil.
Looking at the NEWEST group of forging alliance members who never even bothered to run a testnet node... we have no way of knowing if they even employ failovers or will be updating future releases in a timely manner.
It is in everyone's best interest to vote for members who have demonstrated their abilities and intentions over the last year.

I remember too, that I share part of my forged lisk, with my voters; payouts are made on weekly basis.
Last payout ran today, and next payout will run around Mar. 30th (+/- 1 day)
so vote before that date ;-)
Normally I run weekly payots for wallets that reachs as weekly payout at least 0,1 Lisk, so if payout is less, it would be delayed until that sum is reached.
Tipically a weekly payout occurs for wallet >= 1000 lisk
