Actually it can be answered by experienced traders. The only reason to put up a wall that big on a lower volume coin is if you want to influence the market. I have to agree with others that the whale is trying to keep the price down so accumulation can happen. This maybe true. In all honesty I want the growth of the price to be real and not a pump by day traders. Because if it is real the price will stay and will not be dumped making it crash. That sell wall is good to discourage pump and dumps.

I'm wrong or I can import just accounts generate previously on lisk.io? I mean, the client doesn't generate accounts for itself and doesn`t exist an offline way to generate one?
