Lisk will be #1 alt in 2019.
Weekly reports are sooo important so that people see there is actually something going on behind the scene because ATM everybody is imagining Lisk = Max, and Max running around Berlin for days already trying to find suitable place for the office.

Roadmap!!!! Sooo important #2, we're all waiting for it for weeks!

Thanks for all that info charles.  Good to see your getting involved and advising them on how to approach everything they will address to the community.

I recommended that the entire Lisk team start writing a weekly status report to the community outlining briefly what they accomplished that week and some ideas about where the next is heading. Nothing significant, but rather a paragraph or two from each team member aggregated into a single document or blog post.

Amen, brother, preach on!  (....as they shouted back in the little rural Southern Baptist church of my childhood).

The good news is that there is a nice recruitment pipeline setup for when the Foundation and roadmap are ready. I've introduced Oliver and Max to four different specialized recruitment firms and several partner companies that can provide bespoke assistance as Lisk needs it during its evolution.

Hallelujah!  Whoop glory!

I hope this update helps. As a reminder, I'm just an advisor and not a fiduciary and these statement are my opinion of events; however, I do not speak for the project or its leaders.

Charles, you don't have to talk for them.  It's helpful that you talk to us!  Please do so more often, and give us more of YOUR thoughts (ahem, advice!) on the future of Lisk!

It is hardly a scamcoin lol It is what it says it is the eth classic without the bs fork. Anyway enough of them LISK will rise when it is good and ready to work on the road map, which btw where is it?

I had a call with Oliver yesterday about the project and gave some recommendations and advice. There are two sprints heading for release on the software side. The first one is coming in the next few days and covers a lot of bugs inherited from the old codebase and the other is more scaffolding and other enhancements necessary for the longer term.

The roadmap and legal structure of Lisk seem to be the next most important items on the agenda. There is an effort to incorporate the Lisk Foundation in Germany as a Die gemeinnützige GmbH. There needs to be some careful thought in the transition from the trust to the business entity, but I don't think this should take a lot of time. Axel and Max are primarily responsible for this task and I'd love to hear an update on it.

The roadmap is a more delicate document as it's effectively a contract with the Lisk community about the focus and direction of the project over the next 18-24 months. It should be comprehensive enough to cover staffing, partnerships, milestones and key metrics as well as certain areas of potential risk or failure. Furthermore, it cannot be unilaterally written by just Max and Oliver, it ought to be a community driven document with a series of iterations based upon feedback directly from the Lisk stakeholders. Maybe it's a good idea to get some names of volunteers that would like to act as liaisons in the Lisk community between the Foundation team and the stakeholders in order to more efficient solicit, collect and annotate feedback with proposed roadmaps?

ICO Chicken Dinner :)
Lately you need to create scamcoins like ETC to get some volume, and real coins like LSK are just dropping and being ignore by investors? What is going on here?

Be patient guys.
Shitcoins are made for a speed pump before people realise that's shit.

We have to remember one thing :
  • Lisk is made for JavaScript Apps, there's nothing yet.
  • Lisk has the forging service, there's nothing yet.

Without that Lisk stays a potential great coin for the future.
If you can't wait for more, you'll never receive more than the .28$ a LSK (still x3 since the ICO !).
