Hi, if you followed the steps on ANN post and it did not sync it was probably because the DDoS attack was still going on (had heavy service disruption yesterday on mining pools).Otherwise, just copy the node lists in your magnet.conf and it should sync.

Problem is shit pools like MNPool (probably thecryptopool as well) that run away with people's coins they mined.

It might not be mnpools problem.. we and other Magnet pools get alot of DDOS attacks at this stage. This will stop at some point, but for now everyone needs to be patient.
Its possible.... just really fishy because my friends were getting payouts every hour and I wasn't getting any.
I do want to make a post and state I just received my missing 3000 coins from MNPOOL. Thanks for being an honest pool operator and making it right.
