Currently, the whole market is facing challenges to go up but some of the coins bought down more so if you believe those projects then now is the right time to accumulate more and wait for the right time to sell and make a good profit.

Keep in mind this coin can still be mined and those miners need to pay their electric bills not to mention hardware costs, etc. Its clear that a large number of people are still mining and selling coins daily so that is something to consider.

Not if you are using Nvidia cards and you have the paid miner or other optimized version of the timtravel10 mining algo. Actually even with the public miner BTX is more profitable than the coin you mentioned, but it would be a good idea to get on more auto-convert pools like miningpoolhub so people can convert to BTX easily.

I think the same. Patience is the key to success. The price of Bitcoin was in the early days also weak and not big. Bitcore is still young and the big whales need time to buy first cheap coins before pushing the price up. Also, the dev can not do any miracles. As long as he is active and pushes the project forward, people should be happy with it.
