Bitcore (BTX) - The Future is Now
Dear Bitcore dev!

I registered in airdrop (via signing the message on https://bitcore.cc/airdrop.php) only today. I hold my BTX for a long time (from July 2017). Could I recieve airdrop bonus or now it's too late? By the way I didn't recieve any airdrop yesterday.

A priori thanks for responce

My address is in the Airdrop participants spreadsheet. But I didn't receive monday airdrop (Neither regular 3% nor bonus 25%)
Did you make sure your address was holding any balance at the snapshot's time?

Sorry, but aren't you just turning things around? Isn't it the same no matter from where to where I export/import my privkey?
basically yes... but the concern was exposing our bitcoin privkeys to other wallet
many people seem afraid of importing/using their privkeys on another crypto wallet
this "turning things around" method would make it effectively the other way around
while essentially the same but explained in a different way,
people would sometimes show different degree of acceptance
but that is just my opinion, I will delete my post if necessary  Wink
No, please don't delete your post. I just wanted to make sure, I did not not get something.
For me every private key is "holy", if it's a bitcoin or bitcore one doesn't make a difference. But I can see how you could be right, that the other way the people are perhaps less cautious.
I'm not sure, that there are many, under the ones who are capable to export their private keys, but even if there are only some it makes sense to show them perhaps the other way, so they are making the jump and get interested in this beautiful, marvelous, gorgeous pinky coin.

Bitcore (BTX) - Your Payment Coin
More than 20,400 registered addresses, looks good if they are all actually holders. If someone could hold 500 btx from 30th OCT. till 1st June, 2018 then they could have over 5,000 btx. Only few would have that kind of patience though

probably moved it at the wrong time, just when the snapp shot happened.

That's why it need to be clear on the futur, please.

Time line, with a adviced fork of time to store the coins on the wallets.

Is it normal, that still nothing from the airdrop from yesterday on my acc? im on the list, but still nothing. wallet is synced.
Give us your address so we can help check it out.
The 25% airdrop has long since completed since it was yesterday.

--ypsi
probably another airdrop member who thinks he will get 3% airdrop of 0 balance
as you can see on airdrop statistic that I posted yesterday,
only 20% of registered addresses get airdrop and that's with lowered minimum to 0.1 BTX
the other 10,000+ probably registered empty addresses
thinking of free airdrop without actually reading the requirements and conditions
Quote
address registered: 13638 , airdrop address: 2663 , eligible : 19.52%

apparently the minimum balance required was NOT 1 BTX but 0.1 BTX (I didn't know it was lowered again)

Suggestion for the DEVs. make a Press Release with the info for the 02 November BTC Airdrop and lets put on the internet to be republished by the crypto websites arounde the world

I can help with this if needed

Yes, BTX devs... Marketing is still missing! AIRDROPS are not enough, there should be Press releases, videos, articles to create hype about the project like Bitcoin Gold.

I have a question for Limx Dev or Kryptowerk on next BTC snapshot airdrop
and this might change the way people see about claiming the next airdrop for BTC holder
for the next BTC snapshot, it is said you will distribute/airdrop to corresponding BTX public keys (addresses)
and people can claim it by means of private keys hence no claim time restriction (anytime after)

sooo... I have a simple yet brilliant idea (IMO Cool)
why don't I just move all my BTC to the corresponding BTC address which BTX address was registered?
since BTC address == BTX address, its private keys also identical
so when devs take snapshot and airdrop BTX, I don't need to do anything to claim it anymore
because it will automatically sent to my BTX address (registered) which I hold my BTC (on BTC network)

for example, this how I would do it:
my registered BTX address: 1bitdropRegged... 1.0 BTX
my registered BTX address privkey: K12mn57...
my current BTC address:
1addressOne 0.01 BTC
1addressTwo 0.2 BTC
1addressThree 1.01 BTC

so, then I will import my BTX address on my BTC wallet,  Help > Debug window > Console > importprivkey K12mn57...
it should be imported successfully and show 0 BTC on that btc address (instead of 1.0 yeah I wish)
then I will consolidate all my bitcoin 1.22 BTC by sending to that address 1bitdropRegged...
wait for snapshot time, then at airdrop time I will see my BTX balance increased by 0.61 BTX
if I'm paranoid enough, I could move again my bitcoin to another address afterward

what say you Limx Dev? Kryptowerk?

Is anybody working on getting BTX on Bittrex, Poloniex, HitBTC, YoBit, Liqui?  New exchange listing = pump.  This coin could easily be worth $100+.
You better look for another pump/dump coin.

this hole btx airdrop is big scam
I had BTX coins in the wallet and the adress was correctly registered
I got 3+3 reward last monday, today I dont get anything and adress is missing from list Sad
How this can be done?...

Devs answer:" I recommend to check your address for the next airdrop round."

How the adress could disappear from the list Huh  Huh Huh Huh

Just tell us the address and we can all have a look at this. Since the blockchain is open for every one to see, we can check out if your allegations are right. Isn't that a great idea?
To be true, I think you have just moved your coins from the registered address to a unregistered one and are now blaming the devs.

This adress on 23.10.2017 was between registeed adresses because got 3+3% 1GoDjkL5VEEu4Jf7NzpsGBKCB19RxM3nMq
somehow on 30.10.2017 is not registered? how that this can happen?

It has not been officially released, just wait for a few more days, Electrum is near its finish line!

Electrum for Bitcore? That's great news! Will it be able to import keys from the original (BTC) Electrum for claiming November virtual fork?

Also thanks for yesterday 25% airdrop!
