You don't need to have wallet open.

After the airdrop you'll get your BTX.

thanks a lot!

i have on other question.

If i ha ve more than 10btx, what i have to do to receive my weekly 3%?
If you have BTX on Cryptopia, when you must send your BTX to local wallet today. When you will get your 3% Monday.

i've my btx already on my wallet.

So all i have to do is wait? Not even leave the wallet open?

How would I go about CPU mining Bitcore? I'm not very technical. Is it difficult to set it up on my laptop?
I don't think you can mine it using a CPU. A GPU, however, works fine. If you have one of the latest GPU cards it could be profitable.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I'm not that advanced. Was hoping that I could mine with my laptop. BTX is getting really expensive to buy outright and once the market settles down, it's going to $20+. I wish that I had bought more when it was around $2. I knew that it had potential, but didn't expect it to go up so quickly. I only have 200. I'm kicking myself for not taking advantage of the lower price when I had the chance.
Believe me, today's price is also very low. What is your forecast of $20 is not the limit. It will be higher.

Do you believe it following footsteps of btc in few years? I have around 400 and picked it up around 4 dollars a piece. Whats the price prognosis after the fork?
I dont understand you. What fork? BTX is not a fork, it is another, detached from BTC altcoin. He did not come from the BTC.

BTX fork in November. I didnt say it comes from btc Cheesy, sorry if you misunderstood.
No, there will be no fork. Now 15.5 million in the hands of developers. In November, they will be distributed to all holders of the BTX. I think there will be a phased distribution. The developers promised to announce their decision the other day.

Anyway, i've just read this on first page: "We recommend strictly to hold the BTX in your local Wallet!
Do not send BTX to your BTC, BCC or BCH Wallet."

Sad

Do you mean the "big" airdrop when the unclaimed premine is going to be distributed? Do you know what a fork is?

Btx has held up pretty well in comparison to the rest of the market. Good sign for the future.

Hi everyone,
when i was claiming my btx i've made a mistake.

I've put my btc address as my receive address insted my btx address.

is there a way to recover my btx? Sad
I think can't recover. Ask devs, may be they can help.

If the address format is the same as bitcoin, you could just export the bitcoin private key in your bitcoin wallet, and import the private key in your bitcore wallet.

I don't know it this works, but bcash and bitcoin is compatible in this way at least.

mmmm how can i import a private key on my bitcore wallet? i can't find any option to do it..  Sad
Import of the key is in the console. You need to know the command.

BitcoinCash is BTC fork, but BTX is not BTC fork. Therefore, I think that this is impossible.
