Yes, people have said that a hundred times about Bitcoin and he is still alive. So it certainly will be too with Bitcore. The Bitcore team does its best to keep the project going. As long as the team is active, the coin will certainly not die. I wouldn't always just pay attention to the price, it doesn't always tell you everything. I've experienced that several times in the crypto world.   Smiley
How can you even compare Bitcoin with Bitcore? How can you compare Bitcoin with ANY coin? That story can be found on any coin Discord, Slack, forum... Everyone comparing with BTC, which is nonsense.

Here's list of dead coins. Most of them are ICOs and scams, but in last few years there was some POW coins which died.
https://deadcoins.com/
So, yes, coins die! Lot of them!

I still hold same quantity of BTX that I bought and mined last year, but now without any hope that ever gonna be worth anything. I am ready for 0 satoshis. Honestly, IMO Everything started with airdrop announcement. Reason for airdrop was "distribution, blah blah blah" and now I think that real reason was for early miners and developers to get rid of their BTX coins at high price. I was tricked, scammed, fooled by group of people, but it won't happen again with some other coin. Lesson learned.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I would lie if I would told that I believe in anything else than this.

im afraid BTX will have the same faith with BSD another Devs project. i guess the problem is they are very bad marketers
Completely agree with you, the whole crypto market at the moment is a complete manipulation. And all do not care about the technology project, the main thing is marketing and HYIP. But it is possible that the team will think it over and engage in marketing.

This is something which I have started to suspect myself. Who has still an advantage to sell so many coins every day at the current prices?  Possibly only someone who has really plenty of them and did not have to pay for them, so that he has still plenty to sell and by selling he is still profiting, while everyone else would just be losing money and-or would have just finished the coins.
Of course there may  be other explanations. but U think this one is startng to be taken in consideration.

......Possibly only someone who has really plenty of them and did not have to pay for them, so that he has still plenty to sell and by selling he is still profiting.......

P.S. Forgot about those fake pictures, photoshoped car with BTX logo and that billboard in London. It's sad and funny at the same time...

Why did you draw such conclusions? Because of the falling price? And you were hoping for further growth of the course, getting airdrops? We are still waiting for the discharge of coins by panic-strikers.

Binance's information on Bitcore is inaccurate (or misleading)

I noticed today that binance's page for bitcore states :

Bitcore has 10 MB blocks with Segwit enabled which allows for the network to handle about 17.6 billion transactions per year.

this makes it sound like the 10 MB size is WITH segwit enabled instead of without.  I think it would be less misleading to state :

Bitcore has 20 MB blocks with Segwit enabled which allows for the network to handle about 17.6 billion transactions per year.

(the 17.6 billion amount appears to be correct as it takes into account the speed with segwit enabled).

I looked on binance's page and the only way to send them an email that I could find was to have an account with them - which I do not.  If what I say above makes sense, could someone with a binance account let them know? thanks.  the url with bitcore's info is here :

https://info.binance.com/en/currencies/bitcore

scroll all the way down to the 'details' tab to read their description of the coin.

They try to try, but before full-fledged acceptance, the crypto-currency for paying for services is still very far away. Bitcoin ATMs are very few around the world, not speaking about Bitcore ATMs.

I don't think that 3660 bitcoin ATMs worldwide are few! And more than half of that are in the US which is hardass on crypto! Maybe we are few years from mass acception but that's not that long!
Friend, everything in this world is relative. Compared with the number of  the fiat ATMs in the world, 3660 Bitcoin ATMs are very few. And in comparison with Bitcore ATMs (there are still no ATMs), then 3660 ATMs are very many.
You're wrong. Bitcore is supported in more than 1900 ATMs. If you did not know this, then you can check General Bytes. If you had in mind Bitcore's own ATMs, it's still ahead. Such things are not done in a week.

I estimate crypto having a 50-60 trillion dollar market cap by 2025 when bitcoin is up in the trillions you won't have the big gains/losses more market cap the more stable the currency is. Just gotta wait for the big early adopters to sell their coins and refresh them to a higher valuation.

People, anyone know about whether the Cryptopia exchange updated the purse to the latest version or not? Are there any problems with making deposits? I updated my purse to the latest version recommended by the team.

I sent some coins to the Cryptopia, coins are displayed in the blockchaine, but they are not displayed on the my profile on exchange. I already created a ticket to solve this problem.

I think this was due to the fact that the exchange did not have time to update the wallet to the latest version. Is it likely that my coins will be delivered, not lost in the air? Thank you!  Huh Huh

finally had to take an action here, sold all my bag few hours ago which most of followers may have seen effects on price changes today  Sad

im so sad to be forced to leave this project like this, but the result of investing here was so awful, almost 96% loss here in 1 year
i did moved somewhere else

wish you all lovers success here

Normally when the last big holders cut their losses like this, the price should hit the bottom

Feel sorry about your 96% loss anyway

Still hope you will come back investing in BTX again

Dear Bitcorian

First of all, you can find the new wallet on the official Bitcore website. Then, download it and install it and you can keep foninf on your life. Just one thing before doing that. Keep a backup of the wallet.dat of your current wallet. It is really important if something is going wrong Smiley

Oh, that was great news with games paid for BTX. I think that there will be many gamers who will buy games for BTX coin.
Perhaps I also buy something )

I have long dreamed that in my country there were at least several online stores that could accept payment by BTX coins, it would be very very very cool.
This largely depends on the decisions of the governments of states. To begin with, crypto currencies should become a means of payment for goods and services. By the way, the Bitcore team is trying to move in this direction.
