Do you update wallet to version 0.14.1.6?

If still won't sync, try delete blockchain folder and re-download again.

- Closed BitCore wallet
- Go to C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\BitCore
- Backup wallet.data
- Deleted file on folder blocks and chainstate
- Open BitCore wallet, it will re-download blockchain again

works fine for me. I just wanted to check for the airdropped coins of the last week and it updated the blockchain nicely (with the air dropped coins too Wink

). I am using the version v0.14.1.5-g814d134

So, I tried installing the wallet on a USB flash drive (I'm using MacOS), and it crashed a few times while syncing.

Re-downloaded via a link in posted in this topic and while the wallet was syncing the blockchain it might have crashed again and somehow managed to take down the entire flash drive with it, which has seemingly been corrupted completely now (trying to recover the data but it's not looking good). Due to my restricted knowledge I can't really report anymore details (or even find out how this actually happened) to maybe help the devs to find a bug or something..

So I at least wanted to report my experience and that I think the Mac wallet might still not be entirely stable yet.

Other than that I'm looking forward to the future development of BTX!

Also I noticed odd behavior, that I need to debug. Maybe this will help in the matter.

I think I fixed the issue with hanging while initial syncing on Mac OS. Can anyone test this? On my machine it's all fine now.

No, that's not the problem. I don't think there is a danger my coins get lost. That's the great thing about the blockchain, right Wink

It's just annoying I can't work with the coins. I already openend a ticket, just to raise awareness of the problem. But they couldn't tell me an ETA on the solution.

Regarding Cryptopia everything works fine for me. I use this exchange often and bought in the past BTX and send them to my wallet without problems. Maybe open a support ticket

btx has been in maintenance since last sunday on cryptopia, they're awaiting an update and have already been contacted. It's unfortunate.

I think for 2018 its important for BTX that retailer will start accepting BTX just like BTC! Also BTX on Trezor or Ledger wallet would be great and could help mass adoption.

Was just logging in to post about BCC/BCH (whatever ticker they decide to use) compared to BTX.

Bitcoin Cash will collapse faster than any other coin ever made, it's basically a get rich scam from Jihan Wu and viabtc pool, nothing more, I wish that viabtc pool would be banned from the btc network in the future, together with antpool, that would serve them well, unfortunately it's not really possible to do that.. Sad

Definitely will sell my Bitcoin cash if I can get it to the exchange fast enough for decent price. I am sure I am not the only one.
