yes agreed but i think client will also have an advantage since they will be able to find talented individuals that are good and whose services come into their budget

adding requested payment for their services will allow freelancers an edge to reflect what they are expecting to get and what budget they prefer to work in ... it is great because most of the time client/buyers of services get the most benefit on freelancing website, but gigtricks will change that

Our aim is for professionals to also have the functionality to put their requested rate against their specific skills which will save clients a tremendous amount of time for negotiation and search among the various freelancers.

These features of gigtricks seem pretty cool, however, how does the blockchain system works as opposed to the traditional content networks? I mean are the functionalities different?
Hi, You guys are right. GigTricks has incorporated a decentralized content network that is capable of serving content from different locations across the globe. The system is decentralized and securely distributes the load across a Blockchain powered network and uses consensus algorithms to synchronize with one another.
Content that is delivered can be modified to include inaudible bits of information to help protect its authors. This would serve as a digital fingerprint to thwart piracy and enable authors of content to receive a higher percentage of returns for their efforts.
We believe these features would make GigTricks a safe platform for freelancers and helpful.

I wouldn’t call it an exam, calling it an exam makes it sound like something bad. It’s a skill judgment test, if I mention a specific skill in my freelance profile, a test pops up, I take that test which judges my expertise in that thing and the points are added as my skill points to my pro profile

as per my understanding It’s something like this , if you’re a graphic designer and you’re skilled in Photoshop, your profile would contain the level of expertise you have with Photoshop in the form of ratings so the buyer would have a clear idea of your skill and hire you according to that. And the skills are judged by this examination process set by gigtricks

Well so Gigtricks would have this platform named as Gigtricks Pro; over there professionals could showcase their verified skills & their verified profiles which will allow buyers to hire the best talent for their projects. The skills are verified under the blockchain and the professionals rated according to skill tests therefore so buyers will have a better idea of what to expect from the sellers

To be quite honest, I think it’s an excellent idea, plus the skill system and authentication thing they’ve put in place I think will make people able to trust the gigtricks ecosystem more… you don’t get a verified and safe and secure freelancer platform every day...

Maybe the data shared by ecosystem participants on the gigtricks social platform will also have authenticated content stream since at gigtricks ecosystem most of the users may share their originally created content, I think that because there will be professionals and creative people working as freelancers mainly.

wow that is great that freelancer will be able to get high return on their produced content, piracy is a issue in almost all creative fields from film making to graphic designing, having a digital fingerprint will be a nice step to counter that
