Is there a way to expose an API from the coin recycler website? I think would be quicker and easy to implement in other services.

CoinRecycler integration into the wallet is moving along, but we don't have a firm ETA yet -- maybe ~8-10 days. Moving to a Tor wallet setup by default has been on our radar, but we're still looking into what it will require.

I dont think TOR requires too much work. VRC dev implemented it within minutes to prove the new hyped TOR coins are full of it when they say its revolutionary. You might want to get in contact with patrick nosker (pnosker).
