Huskycoin is pretty much dead since the beggining of june.
Also,is really time to chance name,made it profesionnal,website and first thread too.

If most of the community is for a re branding then I can setup a vote with a list of names here http://voting.mastiffcoin.com/
We could vote for some hours and then choose the winner.
Devs are busy with coin recycler integration into wallet and adding new coins so the community needs to help with marketing.
If you all agree to make a vote for the new name, then we can start serious things, the new website and logo should be ready in 2 or 3 days, after that we could make a donation adress for 0.7 btc to get a professional video of 1min 30 explaining how the coin recycler works with actors and stuff... this video will also be tweeted to 77 000 followers.
I thinks it's the best choice we have right now but we need to do it fast.

Guys need to get in the IRC. Devs have stated they are not opposed to a re-brand. Some of us are activly trying to come up with new ideas and concepts. The majority of the REAL community action takes place on the IRC. If you are really concerned, you need to be on there! What I do is have the IRC page open all the time. Since the Devs are always logged in, you can post questions and they will get back to you. Much more real time brain storming going on there. Since we should all be staking, it really shouldn't be that hard to have the IRC chat open all the time. Nice way to have a log of what everybody is talking about.

Can we get a statement from devs, what do ya think 'bout rebranding? It's a great coin with working technology behind it but we need branding, branding, branding. People overlook it as a jokecoin or something like that 
dev said he is open to rebranding. i think he's just busy working on the recycler.
dev, will the wallet be able to send out almost any coin, but the receiver get any different coin that they want? for example lets say i wanted to send darkcoin, but the person i was sending to wanted to receive fluttercoin. would something like that be possible? send in dark, goes to exchanges and swapped for btc which is then swapped for flutter. or would the final coin always be mastiff?
if it can do that, i think xchange based payment (XBP) makes perfect sense.
or just keep it simple and call it Xchange

remember how CRY was dieing and then the name change to CRYPT on exchanges changed it all? what we need is a new name definitely since the devs keep working. Change or be killed. Some choices are HedgeCoin (HDG) and AssetCoin (AST) since the function of Mastiffcoin currently is to provide funds to exchange for Mastiffcoin in order to increase its value.
Can we have a kind of coin counts that have been exchanged?
Like how many white coin has been exchanged trough the recycler and how many doge. The same for everycoin that will be in.

how long will it take for doge to be on the recycler? and for the new vote, will it be the same coins on there from last time, or all new coins? and if the same, do the votes roll over?
