Hello. I had the same problem. I followed your instructions above and faced new issues with commands "chmod +x monoecid monoeci-tx monoeci-cli"
and "./monoecid". Errors marked with red below. Can you please assist with this? Thank you!

1.They still in development and pretty active. They recently made ATM based on LAMASSU machine
2.There is masternode setup script for 0.12.3. But I think you should install for yourself. It will be better for maintenance.

As Whitepaper written, it depends on current total number of masternodes.
Since active masternodes are 2331 (according to tool.monoeci.io) reward will be about 50%
