While I do not have a Peers.dat file, I would be interested in helping you in this. I have some Decent hash to move the blockchain.

Looks like about 14 million coins out of 23 million have been mined so far. The reward is diminishing until the end of PoW in a few days.

Mining is working well. Wallet is fine.
