I agree with you. First of all, I thought that it was very strange and it would be foolish to rearrange the software cap high, and not to collect it. Grin

But then I decided that this is really a marketing and stimulating move that makes the whole team work even harder. A kind of deadline.

I see but based on their whitepaper and some conversation on the telegram the $1 million is still the soft cap and $30 million is the hard cap, the $10 million is one of their milestone for further development on the project. it made me confuse a bit on their website because it should be $10 million goal not soft cap.
