You can check that in telegram because there is specialized group for bounty people in order to get their quries answers by the bounty managers. So you will get the straight from the manager and you will find the links there for second option to get your bounty.

Participated in the company's bounty. I understand this very soon will already be giving out tokens and they will be paid to orderbook. There are two questions:
1) where is the form that you need to fill in order to get the tokens?
2) how do I find out the e-mail I used when registering for the company's bounty (to register an orderbook account for it)
3) Is it necessary to pass verification to orderbook?

They mentioned they are going to distribute the tokens to people on dec 15th. Don't worry if the mentioned means the will distribute the token each and every one who participated in their bounty campaign. With in short period of time they have made lot of partnership with the other companies as well.
