They will build some offices for every country that has a running operations so maybe they will make some advertisement or marketing strategy to indroduce MicroMoney for anyone but I think that people should also find a way to reach out in MicroMoney because they are the one who offer a good financial services that can change lives of the people.

The advantage the project has is its a known brand and already is operational which makes it easy for them to expand to new territory...governments will operate in the background not until they get a better understanding of this technology.

Good marketing. Even on rural community or say provinces they have technology and a data signal. If you are reffering to some people who are living on a non-technology community,I think they cant loan as they dont even have an android phone.

By the end of 2017 their service will expand on philippines,Indonesia,Sri-Lanka,Vietnam.
In 2018 will start the operations in Singapore,china,australia,taiwan,new zealand and many more.
2019 will have a plan to expand until latin america markets.

southeast asia market is interested but i hope government regulation didn't do bad thing to this project
