Acceptance as one of payment gates on coinpayments and from partners, like Host Havoc will help LOKI become more popular, then used more widely in the crypto ecosytem.
I think that the partnership with Host Havoc has made a milestone for LOKI project.

This wallet can be a SCAM.

Its anonym hosted in panama, a tactic that many scamsites do.
To me this is already a RED FLAG!

The link to twitter does not work.

Maybe I am wrong but I will never ever put my lokis to this wallet.

There had been scams with other onlinewallets in the past.

If you want to be sure, check the code and use the code on YOUR OWN webserver.

NEVER EVER SEND CRYPTOS TO AN UNKNOWN WEBSITE...

By the way, it does not even work...

...Maybe its only made for to fish your password or seed or keys.

DONT WRITE YOUR USED SEED OR KEYS in any text-input of this site!

TAKE CARE!!!

I will only use a onlinewallet if the devteam of loki gave green light for it and its hosted version.

It's from the github my man

I installed Android wallet, but personally I didn’t like it, I want a multifunctional wallet, so I'd rather wait for the web wallet to come out.

any plan for web wallet?

Hello sp_Darkman!

We currently do have a web wallet although it is in testing. It is recommended to store a minimal amount of Loki there.

An alternative you can try is the Android mobile wallet: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=network.loki.wallet

They got one here https://lokilocker.com/#!/

You can mine, you can stake a service node or you can buy at exchange. Cryptopia is a good and big one.
Tradeogre is a small and good one ;-)

Pool Hopping Dilemma...

To this day, mining pool operators having been experimenting with different payout schemes to attract miners while keeping the base community content. Most of the reward schemes have been phased out, but here are some of the more popular one's . . .

PROP - Proportional. When block is found, the reward is distributed among all workers proportionally to how many shares each of them has found.

PPS - Pay Per Share. Each submitted share is worth a certain amount of rewards. It is risky for pool operators, hence the fee is highest.

PPLNS - Pay Per Last N Shares. Similar to proportional, but instead of looking at the number of shares in the round, this scheme looks at the last N shares, regardless of round boundaries.

Every now and then these pool hosts notice an unethical miner trying to game the system by connecting to pools right after a block is found. This becomes extremely irritable after awhile, especially if your pool has gone through some extremely unlucky long blocks.

When the base miner's notice their payouts are being affected by these so called "Pool Hoppers or Pool Rampers", they tend to gravitate toward pools that use different Paid Per Share schemes. These type of reward system benefit the loyal miners and sure one's payouts will be saved from "Bad Luck" or "Bad Acting Miners", but you also lose out when your particular pool has those moments of "Good Luck".

Dealing with it...

After noticing an increasing amount of pool hopping across the public mining pools, The Block Foundry decided to take charge and protect their loyal miners. Instead of changing the payout structure, it was decided banning particular IP's who have been taking advantage of their miners and PROP payout system seemed fair. Thus, effectively giving the community member satisfaction knowing they will profit from their good luck blocks.

The founder of The Block Foundry, Sixlitr, is attentive and quick to respond to any issue one may have. This is a fair and ethical bunch who welcome anyone with open arms. You'll find a solid group or new and experienced miners all working toward the same goal, finding blocks!

Come grab a drink in the Discord and introduce yourself at The Pub, admit your mining addiction at Hashaholics Anonymous or show us your pc pr0n! Join the growing friendly bunch who are committed to embracing the Mining Community.

Any anyone setup service nodes?  I'm interested in setting something up but not sure if it is worth the effort.  How much reward is given for a service node per day?

I currently mine but looking to extend the Loki rewards to also incorporate service nodes now.

Go to https://t.me/LokiServiceNodes and call the channel bot (type `/sn`). This should give you information on the daily reward.

We also have reward calculators in the service node overview page here: https://loki-project.github.io/loki-docs/ServiceNodes/SNOverview/

Just tried to open the Windows calculator but it seems the link doesn't work:  Reward Calculator Windows: Service Node reward calculator for Windows.
