1) €10k during pre-sale, €100 during public sale.
2) We have gone comfortably over our soft cap (€2.5M) and have several larger deals signed, but waiting for these contributions to come in.
3) €42M is our hard cap. Although €25M is our target – we are happy to allow more token buyers to buy the Momentum token and turn into influencers promoting the Momentum platform with everybody they know. Additional funds will allow us to accelerate the execution which includes being able to address more markets in parallel, drive more marketing, accelerate development, operations etc.

it means that ico can never start. ideal situation will enver be, there always will be risks of market crash. postpones always bad for investors and ofcouse for those who wearing signature three(at this momet) extra months with same bounty pool. and can't leave becouse 10 weeks in the game.

It can be a good decision, but can be bad too...Risk is that Momentum just lose...momentum Grin

In general, ICOs scared lots of people and lost a lil bit of momentum compared to 2017, I hope waiting is the best strategy to adopt.

I know people will give us flack for this. But its way better that the company is doing what is best for long term success.
I'd put up with bit of bad press if it meant ultimate success later any day.
