We would like to offer you more details about the MoodCoin.
The fuel of MoodCrawler, the MoodCoin has been designed with a passive revenue. Using the SterlingCoin model, MoodCoin's passive revenue is implemented as interest which is earned at a rate of 5% per year on a users holdings. Passive revenue incentivizes full node participation which further strengthens the network.
Full nodes, wallets and the block explorer will be released after the ICO ends. You will be able to check the Github and take a look and analize the bits and pieces of MoodCoin.

Great idea, which idea? About the skype/webex meeting with the team members before ICO launch? Yes, i agree, that is a great idea and should happen before someone deposit 1 BTC in this coinThe project itself and meeting the team also.
It should be a must in any project as more of ICOs these days don't even share their team's names, if you know what I mean.

Really, come on. If you do some fake stuff, do it good. Put the linkedin profile in and that won't be enough as linkedin can be easily fake too. I want to see a real Q&A session with ALL members. If you use webex or skype then that can be easily done... So people before we invest in this shit, we will all wait for a skype/ webex session from the dev team.

The fact is that I see all the companies involved in similar projects not as competitors, but as colleagues, so I am pretty sure that in the near future we will see many new ideas transformed into reality by the actual “competitors” that will work together with a common goal. So, yes, there are companies that are trying to decentralize social media, but we are not trying to compete with them.
Now to close this in a funny note, yes of course we would love to achieve our goals, but we wish all the projects out there good luck with their venture. This is in fact our mantra: changing the world one mood at a time, right?

Yes, we will release all of those. However this is not a traditional coin release as you can see from our description. The way we se it, the whitepaper will contain real life cases where MoodCrawler can be just the perfect tool at the perfect time. Of course, we see MoodCrawler, not just a tool, but that friend that "just happened" to be there for you to help.
As for the tech side of the projetc, we did not just release a new clone coin( we did not reinvented the wheel, as we like to say), we just found a better use.
So yes, a GitHub link will be available as well, so you can checkout and review the the moodcoin code. But I am sure you would Love it, as it was written by Spencer Lievens, a respectable code dev, and the current Lead Developer for the SILK network. We met last January at Bitcoin Expo in London and was happy to help us develop the coin before he started his own( and awesome as well) project.
And finally yes, the ICO funds will be of course held in an escrow account.
