I think that about 80 billions on  cryptsy are blocked, and only 10 billions available on bleutrade. if cryptsy closes I hope to release the private key...

Why don't people do a swap? MOON2? with the coins that are available on bluetrade.
Moon 2?

Too much coins... people are trading against LTC... reduce the number of coins, let it trade against BTC.. Get it listed on Poloniex or so, update the algorithm, make it all more interesting.

Those are among the few things that I have been thinking to make Mooncoin better. I know that it has a good community but it lacks development (if I'm correct) I mean is the dev really active or is Mooncoin being actively developed and maintained by its community? In my opinion, I think it is not bad to make Mooncoin a PoS coin. I would be staking them a lot (since they are easier to get due to their extreme cheapness)  Roll Eyes

What do you expect of a developer? I mean, making a coin, some wallets, android wallet etc, paper wallet, etc, but what those people expect more?

We can create a MOON2 based on screenshots of the MOON coins that are available on Cryptsy and other people can deposit it to a wallet. Then based on those numbers we premine MOON2, come up with some nice ideas, reduce the number of coins. Swap it by 1:100000 or so.

I've about 1,500,000,000 MOON looked on Cryptsy.. i don't want to see this lost (and i believe none of the people want to see their coins lost).
Why have you transfer them out? Why!?

I'm trying... why? because there are problems with Cryptsy. They first have to fix the problems and then i come back trading on cryptsy.

look at SAT2 and CV2
You want to kill the MOON converting to MOON2???
80 billions not prevents traiding for the MOON2 like MOON trade against LTC now. Look at LEAF or LOT and another similar coins that have 20 billions

Lets not forget MOON is proven only one of a hand full of coins that let you deposit on Crypsy.  Moon is the only one that can handle larger output of coins.
I expect a run on moon, people want to save there cash from Crapsy and look a way out.

I was able to solo mine with the below mooncoin.conf.  It worked fine, but I never got any coins as I never did solve any blocks.  Difficulty was too high for me, so I started mining on a pool.  I did have another computer pointing to it so that's why the 192.168.0.* is in there.  You can remove that line if you're just going to use one computer.  Also you need to use a super long password or the wallet will complain upon startup.  Hope it helps you.

I am most of the time solo mining in my own pool, works great!  Smiley

Thank you. You helped me. I'll try and inform you. :-)

You're welcome.

Maybe this might help you, to get a deeper insight: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tutorial-solo-mining-litecoins-guide-windows-83371
The discussion below the informative first posting is enlightening, too.

The block_nTime- and block_nNonce- settings from the sample over there can be omitted.
And once again: never use default username- and password-settings from sample-config-files.

Edit:
The port for connecting the miner to the wallet should be 9664 for Mooncoin. So a command line to start cgminer (for example) could look like this, if the miner and the wallet are on the same computer:

Code:
cgminer --scrypt -o localhost:9664 ... and the rest of cgminer-options
