Things are looking good. Now we need is a market. Are there websites that sells Malta souvenirs? Maybe we can draft a proposal and wheel them in.

That is intended in the future. However, first we are focusing on creating awareness about Muniti. We want to have a solid base before moving on to creating such a network.
That's right step by step. Now it's time for minning. I personally look at dev's action and wait for results.

You are concerned about the lack of security of delivering by normal mail, so instead intent to hire a bunch of teenagers, pay them minimum wage and expect at least some of them not to just dump the bag behind the nearest tree?
In the UK, free newspapers are delivered like this, and the regional distributor will regularly call random households to check that they actually received the newspaper. This is because they know that without such checks, a reasonable proportion would just get dumped.
You are employing these people. Have you included the costs of required employer taxes? Have you taken out the necessary insurance for your employees? Can you cover their medical expenses if they are injured while working for you?

Please read the previous posts before commenting, as it is a bit wearisome to repeat myself over and over again. Nowhere is there stated that we will be hiring teenagers only - for more information, scroll up further in this thread.

You are offering 50 euros a day for outdoor work, you aren't exactly going to be attracting the highest quality of candidate, are you?
This is basically a paper round. How many adults do you know who have a paper round?

50 euro a day is considered a very adequate salary here, as cryptoface pointed out. The average worker receives around 40-45 euro per day.

Also, please read the part about this being a non-profit venture and thus attracting a subsidy. There are no taxes on profit to be incurred.

The Dev team has just held an important meeting regarding Muniti, and the following points have arisen:
2. Door-to-door distribution. We will be recruiting a team of distributors who will be responsible for distributing the Muniti paper wallets and who will also don a Muniti polo-shirt. They will also be versed on what Muniti consists of, on its origins and its benefits. The Distribution Team will need to be over 17, able to ride a bicycle and be fluent in Maltese and English, with knowledge of other languages being considered as an asset. They will also need to be somewhat knowledgeable in the IT sector, although this is not a strict requirement as we would teach them where needed. They would all possess a map of the town/area which they would be assigned, highlighting the covered areas and thus ensuring maximum coverage. While it is true that derelict and abandoned houses would end up being taken into consideration, but most often than not, these are immediately recognisable as such and should be easy to avoid. The distribution team will each be paid 50 euro per day unless they would wish to be paid in Muniti. We realise and accept that at the end of the day, most people are still wary of the concept of cryptocurrencies per se and since we have a tight time-frame within which to operate, it is better to attract distributors with fiat currency for now, with a possible change in policy for the subsequent distributions. Our aim is to have a team of 10 distributors who would operate from Monday to Friday for 30 days, thus resulting in both a better method of distribution and a cheaper one as well, with the expected costs being around 11,000 euro for personnel for each distribution round. Printing costs should not be a problem as we will continue working with the company which printed our posters and flyers.

You are employing these people. Have you included the costs of required employer taxes? Have you taken out the necessary insurance for your employees? Can you cover their medical expenses if they are injured while working for you?
If you calculate the costs which I stated further up as well, you will see that taxes and other expenses have been incorporated, with a percentage of inflation taken into account for good measure. Here in Malta workers are covered by a social policy system rather than private insurance by the employers.

Monday to Friday for 30 days ~= 30/7*5 = 21.4 paid days
10 distributors = 214 man days
50 euro per day = 10,700 euro total
Your total personnel were listed as around 11,000 euro.
You don't seem to have incorporated any additional costs?
