the problem is that we are distributed globally and we have different timezones. when I ask my team about their decision, it could be a delay in even 1 day before I release funds to freelancers and they are sometimes confused and nervous. As well, they won’t continue project without payment.

the idea is that I could create a contract that will release funds to freelancers after approval of team members. I won’t need to ask them in messengers, they would just put their decision in smart contract. When the last member agrees to release funds, the contracts deploys and funds are automatically released to freelancer. It would save a lot of my time and the transaction to freelancers would be much faster. Additionally, freelancers would continue their projects earlier because they disagree to work without payment for previous work delivered
