The more exchanges the merrier. I have never heard of QEX.la but every exchange has to start somewhere, and if it's good enough it could take a place alongside the big name exchanges that get the most volume of trades.

So, did you even think about contacting the Devs of the original, and still active, Netcoin and get permission to use their name?

This coin is not dead. The new wallet has been released!

I apologize for not being able to show up here for a while... My computer had a catastrophic failure several weeks ago and all my work gone. I am trying to catching up slowly... I am going to integrate more features into the wallet, stay tuned
Basically the latest wallet has an external interface for integrated applications (the MORE icon). However I lost all my code of the original plan (screenshot shown in OP). If anyone is interested in creating some applications and glad to help, please let me know
