Hi, I filled out the form to participate in the signature campaign, but I'm not on the list. How did I know if my participation in the signature was approved?
Because spreadsheets updated daily at 12pm, GMT+1. It's says in the spreadsheet

This project keeps getting better and better. This is a huge marketing/signal boost.
Hi , I still would like to know how will be distributed the coins to bounty? How much coins we will receive after the bounty and then how many coins and at what lying, thank you. On the website I have read and not really understood it.
So they say, they reserved 3% of the sum they raise in the ICO. This means if they raise 100M NEU. They will distribute 3M NEU to the participants of the bounty.
Those 3M NEU will be distributed according the the shares for each category. Lets say you are participating in the signature bounty which gets about 20% of this. This means that (2M NEU * 0.2) 0,4M NEU will be distributed to the participants.

Please note that you are not "buying tokens", but simply locking your ETH into a smart contract that holds your funds. Once the platform goes live early next year, all your funds will be available to you in your platform wallet for investments into other equity tokens from startups.

So this is badically another fund raising platform just like kickico, fundyourself etc and the upcoming projects like crowdholding and starbase, i think there is already competition in this category of projects so you need to provide an out of box product to get attention.
Not quite, Neufund is different as they're building a platform that tokenises the equity of businesses, whether they're on-chain or off-chain. The ones you mention issue tokens but aren't as amibitious in terms of formalising the legal structure for tokenisation.
