14 years POW.. Most miners move on in less than 14 days.
Because most coins are shit-mine-and-dump coins.
We will see it this one fits into that category too...

What does the 0% POS rewards mean. Does that mean that it won't be based on a set interest rate but a fixed POS rewards system?
Removed the 0 % so people wont be confused.

there is no POS reward 
For me it is ok, but would be reccomended to pay fees to stakers, because withour it no one is going to stake and it will become a pure pow coin, What do you think about it Dev?
The fees go to whoever mines/stakes the block.
It can not become a pure PoW coin because PoW stops at block 5256000.
