Your forum looks like on its way to success. It have a good number of members. the feature of signature campaign can attract more members to it. Try to start your own signature campaign for any of your blog/site etc and invite members to join there with that more people will come to start their advertising and it will grow.

actually making 100 constructive post to the particular forum isn't easy however i have a question for you that what if any users could not made 100 post does they still got the payment according to the post they have made or 100 posts is minimum threshold to got payment

100 post for 5USD bounty is bit low i think it cannot attract new user since they can earn huge enough here in bctalk for just few post count ahead, but well since your starting maybe you should some another various advertisements like twitter campaign nor site giveaways i think it is also effective way to lure people to come in and leave some furom where they stay for a while.

good assessment mate op should pay the good forum user from his own site and then let them give feedback here in order to attract more visitors.
