We are very sorry for the problem you are experiencing. It was a server-originated problem. Today this problem is solved. It took a lot of time to find the source of the problem. But eventually we solved this problem. Withdrawals are now completed in max 10 minutes.

Hey there. Just wanted to get some information from you regarding the listing of your exchange in CMC. It appears that you are still not available in CMC making it very hard for other people to get information from your website. What do you think is the reason behind that?

We give information to users when they want it. CMC still did not approve of us. We do not see a reason. We hope to confirm soon.

Also, you claim that you accept different kinds of payment processors like Payeer and Perfect Money. Do you need any KYC documents for us to deposit our money through those channels? Thanks for answering in advance. Wink

We have verified our account for these payment methods. There is no obstacle. However, we stopped because the commission rates were high. We do not want our users to be hurt.

I noticed another little bug.

I was looking for the DOGE/XAT market in your list on the top right corner and there is no XAT under DOGE tab.

But, if I go to the below link directly, the page opens without a problem.

I have tried it and It's a nice looking exchange that is very easy to use. Only complaints so far I have are:

There are some untranslated messages still in Turkish language
Both "Pending Deposits" and "Deposit History" have a column named "Price" instead of "Amount"
