Hi everyone.

I got a forum posting education from my kids so I could try and help out with your open house.  The education came with a lot of eye rolling  and sighing as I am the ONLY mother on the planet that doesn't know how to use Facebook, Twitter, or a forum.  This seems like a really friendly bunch here and I haven't seen anyone who looks like they might bite, so I will start by telling you my retirement story.

Both my husband and I work hard and save for retirement.  He has a pretty good government pension that he will get when he retires in about 10 -15 years.  My savings are mostly in mutual funds and the magic number is no where close to where it should be at this point in my life.  2009 was a real blow to my retirement fund.  We both contributed to Canada Pension Plan which we will receive at 65 but it won't be much.  I was told you are supposed to be debt free 10 years before you retire and with a mortgage and kids in university, we just seem to keep spinning our wheels.

We seem to have missed out on every gold rush, oil boom, and internet craze that came along.  When a friend explained DNotes to me, even though I didn't understand anything technical about it, I knew I had to take a chance.  I won't cry if I lose the $100, but I will cry if it becomes the best investment in history and I had a chance to get in on it and didn't.

Thank you everyone for giving me this chance and I'm holding you all to all the case of wine promises you made.

According to CNN Money, in 2013, households in the lowest income bracket (earning less than $39,000 a year) on average had only $13,000 saved for retirement.  Households in the top income bracket (earning more than $138,000 a year) had a median of $452,000 saved for retirement.

Thanks grandmama! I've been involved in a lot of projects but I can truly say this is one of the best groups of people I've worked with in a long time!

The bitcoin and altcoin today reminds me of the 1990s. Anyone who knew where to order motherboards, power supplies, computer housings and computer mointors could claim to be a computer manufacturer. There were thousands of them. Very few were left standing in less than ten years. I believe it takes a lot more than just building a large and strong community. It takes a total package that is sustainable and backed by truly trustworthy commitments.

     This is a quote by Dyna last spring. How true, only the crypto-world is moving at light-speed!! A number of industries have gone thru this evolution. The auto industries in the first half of the 1900's. Took them decades to "mature". The Personal Computers took less than ten years. Crypto will take a fraction of that time to "mature". Look around the Crypto-World. See anyone else with a "sustainable package"?

I don't remember seeing any of the previous DNotes press releases published in "The State Journal", West Virginia's only business newspaper.

On March 8, 2014, DNotes was listed on CoinMarketCap and the price at that time was 77 Satoshis.  $100 would have bought you over 200,000 DNotes!

If I was granted 3 wishes, #1 would be one hour of time travel!

Just want to shout out to RJF I certainly hope you had a great Birthday and am excited for the Retirement program being implemented.  Congrats and I know you can and will do a terrific job promoting it.  Also congrats to all who are making the newsworthy posts.  This will surely get DNotes the much deserved attention needed to get the word out that DNotes is a viable currency worth taking a look at and investing in.  Again congrats to all the developers, your hard work and determination to present this to the world is outstanding!

FPA is a very respectable International Association of Financial Planners. I believe that a lot of their 24,000 members worldwide are CFPs (Certified Financial Planners) that have passed high certification standards, including professional conducts. In brief, their recommendations are objective and carry much weight.

They concluded that even though Bitcoin has not demonstrated the attributes of a successful currency, their empirical analysis suggested that “individual investors can benefit from holding a small amount of Bitcoin in a diversified portfolio… the analysis demonstrates that adding Bitcoin to an investor’s portfolio does enhance efficiency.” They recommended that “Bitcoin should only be held as a minor component of a well-diversified portfolio, such as in a market-weighted basket of major asset classes.”

I share Chase’s excitement of FPA’s conclusion especially with the availability of DNotes being a stable digital currency with a proven track record of reliable long term appreciation. It is conceivable that once DNotes is discovered by professional investors and CFPs the recommendation to include DNotes as a minor portion of a well-diversified portfolio or asset allocation, may be made with far less reservation. That could be of material positive impact on DNotes valuation.
