I'm not complaining too trying to be mean just trying to find out what the criteria are for declaring something online as properly notarized. I know that it will be for a while I probably still had it had a service called echosign where they would officially digitally sign contracts for you if you're still in the development stage you might want to look into the legal elements that they were using at the time.

No, Im not taking it as complaining or being mean or something. But the things you mention are the very basic things that must be covered, or there will be no product. That is more than clear to us.

But yeah, thank you for your suggestions. As I said before, we have a legal expert for blockchain on board, so no worries, everything will be properly notarized (all of legal elements are covered for all of the markets that we are coming to). Also we are going in a different direction as echosign who is fixed on business (and as far as Im avare they are not on blockchain and are offering signing only with digital signatures? - much longer and complicated process as blockchain). We are starting with C2C (for which is the hardest to provide the safety), then expanding on B2C and B2B.

You asked about the criteria. In my mind there are only three:
1) blockchain (timestamp)
2) ID - this is the most tricky part. How to prove that you signed the contract, without giving much data away
3) adaptation to the laws of every country

What are the criteria that you're using to declare this a notary? Really when it comes down to it a notary is a proof of identity and in an anonymous decentralized cryptocurrency world that kind of goes against everything that everyone's trying to do.

To make it simple I will try to answer with as less detail as possible. I will go in detail of the features of our app, when we present it.

The point of blockchain is not only decentralization and anonimity. The basic thing that blockchain tech enables you, is to make a timestamp which is immutable proof in front of the court. If you have an app that makes it possible for you to engage in contracts without a notary, anytime and anywhere in the world, and for the fraction of the cost....will you not use it? This will help so many people in "unbanked" world and also in developed world. We are working on cheaper, faster and safer version of now known notary services.

But yeah, you have a point. Of course you will need some kind of "identity check". This is for your own safety and for the proof in front of the court that the person who really signed the contract was you. Imagine that there were no safety feature. Someone can forge your ID and engage in contract in your name and sue you.... we want prevent that and make a dead proof app. Unfortunately safety is our number one concern and I am happy to say that we have the best legal help available to make it safe and "blockchain worthy".

I like this project, they are not to hurry to launch their ico I will follow this thread and will participate in a signature campaign, once they launch another bounty camapign.

You are right. We really do not want to rush anything. We have a good product in the works, solid team and a small but priceless community supporting us from Pre-ICO on. But thats not all...

i didn't understand why no hurry make money from ico ,i also will follow this project

We are not here to make fast money. We want to build a quality company and a top notch product. This takes time. You will soon see (this week), what we have managed to do in the past 2 months.

I am having a great vibes on this . A digital Notarial service. With legalities within the blockchain that cannot be altered or forged.

Tnx Jwiz168! I hope you will stop by in a few days and tell us your opinion of our development so far.

Guys, one more thing....

We will need translations for bounties, so you can reserve it if you want.

We would like to translate in following languages, but by people who know the language (no google translate allowed):

Russian
Chinese
French -  reserved for JohnUser
Italian
German
Spanish
Croatian
Greek
Philippino -  reserved for jwiz168
Japanese
Portuguese
Arabic
Korean - reserved for sylph93

If you have already translated other projects (or for us) please post links to it.

Regards,
Saso

Anyone else interested for translation?
When must translation be ready?

In the meantime, you may want to ask who has already translated the pre-ICO announcement If you are interested in doing so also for the ICO!

Next week the files will be sent out to the translators. Translation must be ready in a few days after the translator receive the files (photoshop and the requirements). Note that the files will not be saturated with text, so it will be doable to translate it in a short time.

I am already working on that. But thank you for the suggestion Smiley

regards,
Saso
