Future plan: NTX, as the next trading system, will develop a function of recasting. we already have specific recasting design . To put it simple, After the block numbers reach the set point, casting nodes will recast every beginning genesis block and the unexpended transactions in the old block will be recast into the new blocks with 1 handling fee. Meanwhile, the block chain will not remove the recast block so that every node can study the recasting. After starting next round recasting, the last round data of recast blocks can be removed. In that case, only a certain period transaction history information is left, which prevents the inflation of the block chains and makes the anonymity of the coin untraceable, and also recycle some lost forever coins after a few rounds of recasting. The total number of the coin will neither increase nor decrease.
Issue date: two weeks later after the genesis post.(In fact. I can issue the coin now, but in order to ensure the equality for everyone, I postpone a little time.)

First category: IPO distribution rate
A.45% gives to BTC investors
B.25% gives to NXT investors
C.5% invests on fixed nodes so that fixed node suppliers can get 5%. This part will be dispatched within 3 months in case that one dispatching will cause the nodes shut down.

Second category: Free distribution rate
A.10% gives to BTT membership(Only those who register BTT account before 25th and above member, May can participate in this project. If you are a new account, you can only participate through IPO)
B.5% offers to developers as a reward( develop new UI for wallet, new characteristics(recasting), mobile wallets, etc.)
C.5% used for population of the coin(translation, transaction platform, casting pool, media gift, third party application, etc.)
D.5% reserved for the developing team to keep on this project. we guarantee that we will not take part in IPO no matter how large the team is.

Formation of Genesis block  I do not intend to form a gigantic genesis block.
