Quark sgminer don't work with hd 5xxx, and i don't know for hd 6xxx
Does work with hd 7xxx and further
Does work with hd 7xxx and further
May be that's the reason. I have HD 6450.

I used wallet to mine and found one block. Then after 10 or 20 minutes I closed the wallet and then reopened it after few minutes. The block is missing. WTF??

Because someone found the same block second before you. Yours was not confirmed.
For gpu mining, make a .conf, and make sgminer point at you ip address.

I tried all different versions of sgminers but none is working. All automatic close after loading .conf file without giving any error. I don't know what's wrong

Yes, I tried that too. It just show "sgminer 4.1.0-85-gccc7d" and crashed. no error nothing.
