Have tried loading registration site several times and it comes up blank.
Am running chrome on windows 10.
Have also tried resetting ,incognito tab etc.
Any one else having same problems?

Do you have MetaMask installed at your browser, btcunbranded?
If yes, you may try to disable it and then everything should be alright.

Why do I have to register my data with ANX.. what is this crap?

To activate your tokens.
There is a statement in the Token Sale Summary Sheet, page 2:

"Satisfactory completion of all verifications as maybe required by the Foundation at its sole discretion"
You can find the same information about "Activation" in the the OAX Token Sale Information Memorandum, page 16:

Also, in the Information Memorandum, page 8:
"Direct Purchasers are required to activate the OAX for OTS issued by the Foundation’s
smart contract by completing the verification process to the satisfaction of the
Foundation. ...."

- Only the email and ethereum address is needed for now, as per the registration guide

Only e-mail and ETH address is needed on the first stage for the verification.

Hi bitcoinrocks, for the first part, you just need to register for the account with an email then add the ETH address you used for the transaction. You don't need to add your ID until such time as we come back to you.

Hi ImGenius, we had an initial target goal for funding, and a soft cap (in terms of what we expect the costs incurred will be) once we passed the minimum the senior team made the decision. They have a responsibility to weigh all the options (ensuring enough funding for the project, the time and resource allocation and the project timeline) and they made the decision based on those factors.
