From the premine there is 400K left. I will set this up as a development fund. In this is might be handy to put or establish a small foundation to approve and disapprove the allocation of such funds.

thats not too shabby if we can get the price even close to what it should be it would be plenty to work with, but with the price were it is you really have to be careful what you spend it on. a donation fund would be a great idea, was going to ask you earlier if you could post an address to the op page so we could help a bit
as for a group/foundation to help discuss how that money would be well spent I would be honored to be a part of it, so feel free to ask my opinion anytime. but I have also grown some trust in your judgement and insight... so if you saw an opportunity that might be fleeting I believe you would act in the best interest of the coin.
