Pretty much, he premined 10 blocks which he specially modified to give him 1.5 million coins and is now dumping them for whatever bitcoin he can. This coin is another dev pump and dumb... dump. Get out while you still can.
Wow, so he does state 10 block premine but he secretly made them worth 150k each.

Just out of curiousty I will check once there is a blockchain explorer, but you are already guilty, you said in op you'll main 10 blocks for bounty you didn't say that those blocks will be SPECIAL with 150k also you've already cheated, I'm not expert, but how can you get orphaned blocks when you were the only one mining doesn't make sens to me.
Call that cheat if you want, I told the truth, I had 10 blocks, and mined them for bounties. Now I got nothing, so it's over. And I have really no idea what happened with these 1.5M. I've probably been hacked...
10 blocks you specially modified, your 10 blocks amount to 3000 blocks on the normal rate on which people mine blocks, but whatever this argument is pointless, everyone is free to what they want, happy mining those who wants to keep going, good luck
