How can you accept cryptocurrencies without strict KYC ?
What is the link between the tokens and your company ?
What company are you exactly ?
Why investing in companies that are already over-valuated like Uber ? You said in the video that you aim for series B/C or pre-IPO but you only list post IPO companies. Could you explain ?
If you only reward the investors in cryptos and tokens, why would they invest in stocks if the return is far far less than what they already earn in crypto ? Not to mention you take a 50% cut. Isn't it too much ?

We do have some of our team members that are native Ukrainians, but mostly our team is combined with Russians and Americans. So we are international team so to speak.

I'm intrigued, watching. But there are too many scam project of Russian origin recently... I'm not blaming my own nation but it is useful stereotype so far. International teams has better performance in my regard. I would hope OnPlace is an exception.

Yes, a smart-contract allows you to produce a refund if we collect less than the minimum target.

At the moment we are preparing documents for purchasing shares of some private companies. The first portfolio will include: Spotify, Xiaomi, Palantir Technologies, Airbnb, etc. Information on other companies we can not disclose yet.

1. Yes, investments can be made through the OPL token, BTC, ETH and USD, but only OPL token gives the priority service and commissions reduction.
2. We invest in well-known private companies, which already have an excellent reputation in the market. All companies before will be listed on our platform are subject to due diligence check, and all data will be opened to pool of our investors on the website investments.onplace.io
3. OPL token holders will invest in the private companies portfolio with suspended registry and due diligence commission, and commission on successful profit return is reduced by 50%. And all the other portfolio participants, or investors will be charged full commission.
