I'm beginning to think this is a scam, I mean why would their website not be protected? It is http://investments.onplace.io/ico. It should have "https" and not "http" which is what they have. I've already sent them an ETH some time ago, which is my mistake because I didn't do proper research. They've only raised $85k so far https://etherscan.io/address/0xa1877c74562821ff59ffc0bc999e6a2e164f4d87 which is pretty small as far as I'm concerned.
This is rediculous accusation.How can a https website makes a ico legitimate and absence of it make it scam?Do you know ssl certificate can be bought for few dollars by anyone?

Well you might have know this, but the crowdfunding is done through a smart contract so the website itself doesn't really need to ssl encrypted. Your funds are not saved on the website, they are rather saved on Ethereum blockchain.

Is there any difference between Investors and opl tokens holder?I read that investors require registration and give their personal info while if someone buys it on exchange,they will not have any such requirements
I think if you have to start earning profits, in other words if you actually want to use your shares, you should register as this is the legal procedure.
@team do you have a minimum funding cap? I'm sure if you can struck a deal with couple of sharks you'd be good to go. good luck.

Well, that's a great idea, Most of stock markets are not available world wide.
For instance I can't invest in Uber Inc in my country, but I'll now because of Onplace! That's a great feature.

Hi everybody, I did a little bit of update in our slack channel, and I also will do it here as well, first of all I would like to think everyone who is supporting us and helping answering some other Bitcointalk participants questions. We can't make any changes to our smart-contract because of the lock down policy, once it been written, there's nothing we can do to reverse it, so therefore we can not create a scenario with discount and bonuses. We are discussing a deal with few large investors, and working on convenient deal for both sides. Yes, unfortunately everything is going slower than what we expected. Here's a little update on what had been happening in OnPlace. Our CEO Evgeny Perikov in US right now, he is establishing OnPlace Inc. headquarter office in Palo Alto California, and he is negotiating with VC firm on a deal that will suits our policy. Our CFO Mikhail Gamov working on some new private companies for the portfolio. And we are also working right now on adding OPL tokens to LiveCoin exchange platform for now.
We will update you soon with some more details on how things are going.

Well, probably because the TC is the manager of the project, it is not the company's dev. Therefore he can wear avatar of any company. And it is permitted to conduct the company's bounty rules.
